Do you have any other samples of your work besides those displayed on your website?
Yes we do. Please give us a call and we would love to meet you in person and show you our design and printing quality.
How long do you take to complete a design project?
It will depend on the scale of the project, the communication process and the number of changes needed during the design process. We like our clients to be involved with the whole process, so we will keep our clients updated on the progress of their design work.
How much do you charge for your design and printing service?
Please give us a call or e-mail us for a free consultation and quotation. Depending on the scale of the project or the specifics of the orders, pricing will vary, but we will do our best to give our clients the best competitive rate.
What about your payment terms?
For design service, we divide the estimated project cost into 3 payment terms. First payment is due upon signing of contract. Second payment is due when design process have reached a certain milestone. Last payment must be made after the project is completed, prior to delivery. Payment details will be stated clearly in the contracts.
For printing service, we require 50% down-payment of the estimated project costs and is due upon signing of purchase order. The other 50% will be due when the printing job has been completed and must be paid in full prior to delivery.
